チェ リーとシナモンとスパイスの、ほのかな香りが漂います。 ブラックチェリーにラズベリーとストロベリーのフレーバーを加えたスパイシーな仕上がりです。この辛口赤ワインはローストチキン、BBQリブ、スモーキー チリにとてもマッチするメンドシーノ産の本格的メルローです。

Wines That Rock, The Official Wine of Rock ‘n Roll is all about pairing wine & music. With The Rolling Stones Forty Licks blasting in the cellar, our Winemaker crafted this custom Merlot from premium Mendocino County fruit, blending a one-of-a-kind wine with Rock ‘ Roll mythology.

To capture the essence of Forty Licks, the 40 tracks that cover the Rolling Stone’s career, Winemaker Mark Beaman chose to work with Merlot. This varietal captures the comfort of turning to a solid classic that stands the test of time. Much like the band itself, Mendocino County winemaking stays true to its roots with a consistent and confident character not caught up in fads or trends.

Tasting Notes
Cherries with hints of cinnamon and spice. Flavors of raspberry and strawberry with black cherry and a spicy finish.
