これは注目! 1992年生まれながら完成された音楽家として八面六臂の活躍を続けるピアニスト、フランク・レモスが自身のピアノ・トリオでの作品をリリース。そのフランク・レモスを中心に、エレキ・ギターのヒカルド・バヤ、パーカッションを組み込んだ特殊なドラムセットを操るシルヴィオ・フランコという変則ピアノ・トリオで、zambê, toada, jongo, cuadrilha, xote, ixejá, samba, afro, baião といったブラジルで親しまれる個性溢れるリズムをジャズの語法で再構築。端正なピアノのトーンも一級品で、グレゴリー・プリヴァのような逸材と言えるだろう。

Tarairiú : Cultivates the roots of Brazilian music bringing to the fore a miscellany of rhythms such as zambê, toada, jongo, cuadrilha, xote, ixejá, samba, afro and baião. Tarairiú are the Indians of the rugged Potiguar, with their sonority incorporated by the Brazilian pianist Frank Lemos, descendant of caboclos, through his percussive touch and his research where he absorbs the language of rhythms like the zambê, that occurs only in the south coast of the RN ( on the beach of Tibau do Sul), with its strongly improvised dance, highlighting the music and culture of the state.

Frank Lemos was born in Natal-RN in 1992, began studying music at age 15 and graduated in piano at UFRN in 2015.
He was presented in the projects International Fest Bossa Jazz Festival Edition 2016 (RN), SESC ZN (RN), Sala Baden Powell (RJ), Triboz (RJ), Jazz Out (RJ), Ruins Park (RJ), UFRN, IFRN Cidade Alta), UERN, Clube do Jazz (RN), Projeto Som da Mata (RN).
He played alongside artists like Vittor Santos, Arismar do Espírito Santo, Leo Amuedo, Eduardo Taufic, Liz Rosa, Sérgio Groove, Per Olav Kobberstad (Norway), Helo Tenório (RJ), Fábio Gomes (PE), Carine Corrêa , Wellington Soares (BA), Charles Theone (PE), Jana Moreno (MG), Paolo Andriolo (Italy), Robertinho de Paula (RJ), Dudu Dias, Lenna Pablo, Alexandre Ito, Barbara Barcelos, Felipe Cotta, Gustavo Schneider, Ricardo Baya, José Fontes, Sami Tarik, Joana Knobbe, Carol Benigno, Jubileu Filho, Darlan Marley, Rogério Pitomba, Daniel Ribeiro, Isaque Gurgel, among other artists. He recorded with artists such as Carlos Malta, Robertinho Silva, Alexandre Ito and Renato Endrigo. He studied soundtrack with maestro Manoel Nascimento (PE - graduated from the National Conservatory of Paris) and arranged with maestro Joca Costa (arranger of Elba Ramalho, Chico Buarque, among others).
In 2017 he recorded in Rio de Janeiro his first EP, "Yayá Ewè" that demonstrates the Afro-Brazilian and tribal-regional influence of the artist. In January of 2018, he toured the launch of this EP in Rio de Janeiro and in the northeast.
During the tour he recorded his second work in Natal-RN, the "Latin Duo" EP, which was born through the partnership with the Brazilian singer Helô Tenório and is a pure miscellany of Brazilian / Afro-Latin flirting potiguar / carioca rescuing rhythms such as Zambê which occurs only on the coast of Tibau do Sul-RN), and features songs from both artists.
