It Makes me feel good for many reasons. It has the quality of being old school while yet sounding fresh and vibrant and totally relevant. The songs and arrangements are all top shelf quality material and steeped in the tradition of what our music is about. The sextet sound here, harkens back to the sextet sound of JoeCuba/Cheo Feliciano music that was huge in the 60's & 70's and later groups like "New Swing Sextet" or "Carabali", Buena Vibra's music however is represented here with Beautiful new songs and arrangements. Congratulations to the leaders Joshuah De Jesus (Lead Vocals), Steve Guasch and all the musicians involved in this excellent recording. Well done! Esta Buenisimo!. Kudos as well to the producer, composer and arranger of the material here, Jeremy Bosch who is one of the bright young talents who is rapidly making a name for himself. Whether it be dancing or just appreciating the excellent music, lovers of Salsa and latin music in general, will enjoy themselves immensely with the new Buena Vibra CD. Oscar Hernandez L.A.
