After the vinyl release of Sannhet's 'Known Flood' album on the fine Sacrament label, Consouling Sounds is excited to handle the worldwide cd release. If there ever was an album that deserved worldwide attention, it surely is this US trio's debut offering. The quality of the music just blew us away. This is heavy. This is fragile. This is post-rock. This is post-metal. This is black metal. This is doom. This is drone. This is ambient... This is wow! Sannhet bends genres effortlessly, and blends it together in a coherent monster of an album. 45 minutes of adventurous aural bliss pass in the blink of an eye.
Recorded by Colin Marston (Altar of Plagues, Krallice, Jarboe,...) & mastered by Carl Saff.
For fans of: Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Isis, Altar of Plagues, Burzum, Nadja, thisquietarmy
