商品詳細情報
In parallel with his internationally recognised work as a musician, Titi Robin has continually sought out practical ways to deepen his exploration of the literary and the poetic. A leading instrumentalist and an exemplary creative artist, as much due to the all-embracing nature of his music as to his philosophy of combining aesthetic pursuit with real experience, his new album is the fulfilment of a long-term ambition.
“A dialogue so intensely in tune it becomes a single song”, is how Robin describes L’Ombre d’une source [The Shadow of a source], which was conceived for and with the magnificent Michael Lonsdale, an actor blessed with one of the most beautiful voices in theatre and film. For this extraordinary album, music is language, and poetry, soaring on the wings of the voice, wholeheartedly embraces its own musicality.
