フラメンコ2020年作。
‘Cantaor’ from Vélez Málaga, he learned ‘el cante’ with his father and relatives, a purist in singing, a pained and flamenco voice. Take your art around the world. He is a ‘cantaor’ who leaves his mark thanks to his discerning palate when interpreting cantes de compás.
Antonio Torres, “El Chato” has been a regular collaborator of one of the best flamenco guitarists, Don Enrique de Melchor; Enrique saw in Antonio Torres, “El Chato” very flamenco qualities to count on his cante.
He has also been a collaborator and has shared a poster with artists such as Antonio Canales, Farruquito, La Tobala, Pedro Sierra, José Mercé, Farruco, La Farruca, El Farru.
“Un viaje a los recuerdos” (“A trip to the memories”) is his new album in which El Chato sings in different palos (Alegrías, Rumbas, Bulerías, Sevillanas, etc.) accompanied on the guitar by Pedro Sierra and Pepe del Morao
