The PearlfishersはBMX Banditsでの活動でも知られるシンガー/ソングライター、David Scottによる英グラスゴーのインディ・ポップ・バンドだ。1993年、Iona Goldよりデビュー・アルバム『Za Za'sGarden』をリリース。以後、Marina Recordsより『The Strange Underworld of the Tall Poppies』(1997年)、『The Young Picnickers』(1999年)、『Across The Milky Way』(2001年)、『SkyMeadows』(2003年)、『Up With The Larks』(2007年)、『Open Up Your Colouring Book』(2014年)と計7枚のアルバムをリリースしている。
