Innervisions Germany blesses Ian Pooley fans with a reissue of his 2014 'Floris EP'. This project saw the German producer and DJ return to Innervisions after his 2012 release, 'Compurhythm EP'. 'Floris EP' marked a continuation of the deep and muddy twang of his 2012 project, with 'The Beginning - Dub' beckoning the listener with a sawing bass and protruding synth chords. On the second side, the title track 'Floris' leans further into the techno side of Pooley's production as hi-hats and synth bass stabs stay consistent throughout the whole eight minutes, whilst being briefly joined by a myriad of extra percussion, pads and leads before they scarper out of the mix again.
