Ollie Drummond makes a welcome return to Bank of Switches with Xylo, a chunky, eerie stomper of a tune. In his trademark style, Ollie weaves acidic squiggles, solid drums and a serious bottom end to full effect. Deep, chuggy and spookily psychedelic, this one is for the heads.
Flip the wax for a stripped back, four to the floor reworking from scene stalwart Silverlining. This remix is not for the faint hearted, Silverlining reassembles Ollie’s original into a late-night heads down journey. The gurgling bass and slowly unfolding soundscape sit on top of locked in drums creating a soundtrack for only the most dedicated dancefloor explorers.
