南米ペルーで'85年にリリースされた70'S パンク・サウンド屈指の隠れ大名盤1STアルバムで知られるLEUSEMIAの復活作となった'95年リリースの2NDアルバムがリイシュー。オリジナル盤はCDとカセットのみで'95年にリリースされ、'97年にレコード化されたものの再発はされていなかった模様です。ジャケットの雰囲気の変貌振りに手に取るオブスキュア・パンクファンは少ないでしょうし、初っ端からのインダストリアルな雰囲気に停止ボタンを押したくなってきたところで急に1STアルバムを彷彿とさせるキャッチーなスパニッシュ・パンクに変わります。これは彼らなりの遊び心なんでしょうかね。何はともあれジャケットの雰囲気でスルーしていた方にもぜひ最後まで聴いて頂きたいです。今年の頭頃に1STアルバムの再発盤CDがリプレスされ出回りましたが、こちらもオブスキュア・パンクファンには嬉しいリリース。
