売切 注文不可This CD features a near 60 minute live session recording of element two in a more minimal sound structure/design than the original. Recorded live using nothing but vintage 12 bit samplers, drum machines, tape loops, CV analog triggers, modular synthesizers, running randomized sequences triggered by effects loops. This one is a bit more beat driven than element one, on the atmospheric side but dubbed out to the core. Inspired by the urban decay of the D and recorded in the heart of Detroit w/Jamal Wallace operating the Modular and various elements of sound design. 売切 注文不可Nearly 60 minutes of celestial magic, spellbinding and enchanting, this is a soundtrack for dreams. Element five dives deep into analog exploration, taking footnotes while pushing sonic boundaries to the future. This is the realm of sonic mysticism, a place where one can breath, pray, love and drift away into the ether. Cloud surfing an electric wave of vibrational pulses in slow motion, flotation of the soul. The newly inspired elements of this series bridge the gap between modular movements of the 70's to the reflective atmospherics of dream sphere. Written & Produced by Variant. This is an omniscient journey, a refuge where synthetic tones dance in the wind and sub harmonic frequencies envelope the soul like a Gregorian chant. Spatial sensations introduce the mind to "the defrag," a place to wander a different universe not far from ours. After doing our year end inventory, we stumbled across this rare CD. 100 were made and roughly 50 promo copies were shared at the Movement Festival in Detroit. This CD features nearly an hour long live take of what would later develop into "Vortexual" Element Zero. This was the starting point of what ultimately developed into the original, a bit more stripped back with layers peeled away from the surface. After listening, the minimized reductions of sound compliment element zero perfectly and add something sparse but unique to this mammoth of a series. Nearly 60 minutes of effervescent tonality; a torrential downpour of analog bliss. A place where space meets bass! vortexual [tape sessions] series collection by variant¥2,138 (税込)ご注文できません -

Over 60 minutes of effervescent tonality; a torrential downpour of analog bliss. Calming currents let the mind drift further toward a serene sound scape of bellowing blooms of sound. 売切 注文不可Element Six celebrates the journey that was once traveled alone into one that is uplifting. Dynamic analog and digital sounds inspired the vision for a new holographic world. Rays of light engulf the traveler, and what was once imagined as submission is now met with forwardness upon the hope for tranquility. Symphony of sounds and colors materialize brightly as sensations are heightened in lieu of warmth. The mind’s horizon is one that wants to be shared and celebrated for this shape-shifting soundscape is the essence. Restraint is forgotten, and rebelliousness is forgiven, and emotions roam freely. The vortex traveled brightens, and you become the vibrational wave. The illusion reveals the nature of this reality, and the awakening is relief that lives on.Nearly 70 minutes of celestial magic, spellbinding and enchanting, this is a soundtrack for dreams.vortexual [tape sessions] series collection by variant¥2,138 (税込)ご注文できません -

The first in a series of recordings which would slowly develop and define the essence and soul of vortexual [element seven]. Subtle guitar loops (using one of our long time favorites, the Echoplex Digital Pro) helped shape and form the ever evolving chord structures, while modulating tape reels by hand conjured this surreal environment, like an out-of-body sensation, a feeling of weightlessness. The intensity manifests into pure analogue warmthness with subtle movements, a constantly evolving blanket of sound. 売切 注文不可CV313のメンバー、Stephen Hitchellによるアンビエント名義 Variantの新作は、天文学への果てしない愛を込めたヒストリカル・サウンドスケープ。The fourth release of the epic thru the cosmos series, Eta/Aquariids commemorates some of the most sensational astronomical events that occur in the summer night sky. A sonic travelogue for the ultimate immersive experience for all stargazers and imaginative persons alike. This project consists of newfound sounds and 7:1 field recordings specific to our observation locations. In echospace, we pride ourselves on the many years of unique experiences that culminate from our deep love of astronomy. We have special plans to watch these meteorites grace our atmosphere, and not just as mere observers on Earth, but of whom believe in connecting with those from the future and the ones before us. It is known that ancients partook in this experience, dating back as far as the Egyptians. These space particles disintegrating from Haley's comet are stunning, and simply provide us all with an exceptional human experience. It is advised that anyone watching be placed in complete darkness. And in this darkness, we are surrounded by light. This epic sound world was created to score as a soundtrack for the multitude of otherworldly cosmic events and features what we would consider some of the most engaging sound designs to date. A sonic universe all its own. thru the cosmos [eta/aquariids] by variant¥3,355 (税込)ご注文できません -
