Harmonic angelic sequences continuously ebb and flow, slowly moving, like the tides meet an estuary. Slowly evolving electric currents fluctuate in their purest essence possessing the closest reach towards a pure analog sound experience in the original 60+ minute form. This has been on loop through the studio doors for months and we still want more. The sound art painted here is deeply emotive, engaging and emotionally one of the most inspired in his entire discography. Includes a hauntingly beautiful digital bonus song made exclusively with sounds from forthcoming, "Sequential Space" sound library. This epic sound world has been nearly 5 years in the making and features what we would consider the most engaging sound designs to date. 売切 注文不可Approximately 5 years since the first remix of variant's seminal vortexual series, cv313 returns with an epic & breathtaking, 60+ minute rewire of vortexual [inception]. In this version, cv313 utilizes the original tape masters, manipulating and reshaping these enchanting sound worlds into a modern opus, all while preserving the analog circuitry of the original. The cool watery depths of the inception are ever-present in this immersive sonic landscape, a magical place of escape from the here and now. This is sonic immersion of the highest order! Written & Produced by Variant [May, 2013]. Additional Modular development and concepts by N.S. and S.B @ Antique Modulation, Ann Arbor / Detroit, MI circa 2012-2013. 売切 注文不可"Element Six" is reconstructed into a subliminal yet imaginative composition from the illusive Phase90 (cv313/echospace/intrusion/radius) project. Building on the complexity of the original but ebbs and flows in a lo-fi spirit thanks to downgrading the original source material, deceptively fluid in sound design but hypnotic in nature. Fragments of the original are filtered and looped from analog tape machines and an extensive array of vintage boutique guitar pedals and "real-time" loop stations to create a sort of immersive, impressionistic listening experience. There's a considerably darker hue in sound design, most likely attributed to the haunting qualities surrounding the field recordings conducted at a variety of cemeteries around Michigan. A perfect sonic companion for the winter season upon us, dark, brooding and borderline creepy... A new player in the echospace domain but one who's no stranger to this sound, he's released 100's of albums over the span of 15 years. We believe his music is built from the same purist analog frame of thought and continues in spirit. He plays variant's "element zero" into an ocean of analog bliss, dubbed out into a shadowy sonic world all its own. For those of you who adored the obscure Chain Reaction releases, this is most certainly an immense trip for the heads and one you need to take! During the past 2 months of moving our home office and studio, we ascertained the original master recordings which conceptualized the entire vortexual project(s). This was dated prior to any subsequent releases, the first step in the evolution aptly titled, "inception." Sensuous streams of reverberation offer an ethereal plane of existence; a place where one can live, breath and escape. Transcendental sonic immersion of the highest order, an ethereal electric dream. The reshape is over 60 minutes of some of the most engaging and inspired atmospheric work we've ever heard, a blissful analog bubble bath. A cerebral epic where time seems to stand still, an exquisite portrayal of the power of restraint and repetition, sonically enriching and emotionally engaging. Utilizing field recordings, synthesized harmonics developed by the frequencies from wind gusts, hydrophones and a neurophone to give one the sensation of transportation to a natural environment they know but haven't heard or felt in this realm. There were many locations used in these recordings but the vast majority were done in and around the Detroit area and in Tokyo, Japan. Sonic immersion of the highest order!
