    この2CDにはRory GallagherがBBCでレコーディングしたスタジオ音源から厳選した11曲と、1979年の『BBC・イン・コンサート・ライヴ』で放送されたザ・ヴェニュー公演の13曲が収められている。
    Rory Gallagherは1970年代のBBCでおそらく最も録音回数が多かったミュージシャンであり、今回のBBCコレクションはそんな彼の重要性を称えるリリースとなっている。
    これはBBCアーカイブスの音源だけでなく、Rory Gallagher本人が保管していたトランスクリプション・ディスク(BBCが国外の放送局向けに提供していた音源ディスク)やエアチェック・カセットテープといった音源も網羅している。
