Disc1には"THE EARLY YEARS / THE BANDS"と題して、'05年リリースの発掘コンピ盤『HAMMER IT OUT』にも収録された'Medley – Keith Emerson (Age 14)''Lament For Tony Stratton Smith'、そしてT-BONES With CHRIS BARBER名義の'Rock Candy'の他THE NICE/ELP時代の楽曲を収録。
Disc2~5には"THE SOLO ALBUMS"という括りで'81年作『HONKY』・'95年作『CHANGING STATES』・'02年作『EMERSON PLAYS EMERSON』・KEITH EMERSON BAND名義でリリースされた'08年作『KEITH EMERSON BAND FEATURING MARC BONILLA』の4作品を各ディスクに収録。
Disc5~11には"THE SOUNDTRACKS"という括りで'80年作『INFERNO』・'81年作『NIGHT WAHKS』・'83年作『MURDERROCK』・'83年作『HARMAGEDON(幻魔大戦)』よりKeithが担当した6曲・'85年作『BEST REVENGE』・'89年作『LA CHIESA』よりKeithが担当した4曲・'02年作『IRON MAN』・'04年作『GODZILLA: FINAL WARS』よりKeithが担当した14曲の各サウンドトラック作品/楽曲を収録(『INFERNO』・『MURDERROCK』にはボーナストラックも併せて収録)。
Disc12/13には"COLLABORATIONS"という括りで、自身のバンドとTerje Mikkelsenの指揮によるオーケストラが共演した'12年作『THREE FATES PROJECT』・'18年作『BEYOND THE STARS』の2作品を各ディスクに収録。
Disc14~20には"LIVE COLLABORATIONS"という括りで、'98年のGlen Hughes・Marc Bonillaとの共演コンサートを収録した'05年リリースのライブ盤『BOYS CLUB (LIVE FROM CALIFORNIA)』(内容は'09年再発盤に準拠)・KEITH EMERSON BANDによる'08年モスクワ公演を収録した'10年ライブ盤『MOSCOW』(米Varèse Sarabande盤と同様に'Moscow Fantasia''Malambo (Orchestral Version)'2曲をボーナストラックとして追加)・'10年のGreg Lakeとの共演ライブを収録した'14年ライブ盤『LIVE FROM MANTICORE HALL』・多彩な未発表セッション音源を収録した'06年リリースの発掘コンピレーション盤『OFF THE SHELF』、そして今回初公開となる、'04年5月21日にニューヨークのB.B. King Blues Clubにて開催されたライブ音源を収録。Disc20にはボーナストラックとしてKeith Emerson Trioによるライブ音源を追加収録。
各音源はAndy Pearce・Matt Worthamによる最新リマスタリング音源を使用。各CDは「Prog Magazine」の編集者Jerry Ewingによる、Marc Bonilla・Terje Mikkelsenへのインタビューを含む新規ライナーノーツ、未公開の貴重写真、各作品のデータ/ジャケットデザインなどを掲載した68pブックレット、及び18pのブックレット写真集と共に10インチサイズのボックスに収納。
