Way before VIDEO AVENTURES, Dominique GRIMAUD had played the post "May 68" provocative musical agitator in CAMIZOLE's outrageous experiments. "Slide" was first an installation created for the first time in May 1998 for the 15th edition of the Musique Action festival in Vandoeuvre-Les-Nancy. Created from about 20 projectors, slides and used materials, the stage took the look of a nomads camp in which the artist invited every night one or various musicians to join him for "pocket concerts". Thus, for ten days, the thirteen musicians present on this recorded version of the "Slide" project followed each other.
