ホレス・タプスコット率いるパン・アフリカン・ピープルズ・アーケストラ(PAPA)の結成60年を祝した彼らの歴史が詰まったコンピレーションが完成。タプスコットがアーカイブとして残していた結成年である1961~2年のコンピレーションから選んだ1曲やから始まり、1971年にLAの高校で行ったコンサートの音源、1981年にカセットテープで録音していたライヴ音源、1995年に出演したメールス・ニュージャズ・フェスティバルでの音源、2009年にLAのジャズ・スポット"Jazz Bakery"でコンサートの音源、そして2019年にLAのカフェ"Zebulon"でのコンサートの音源と各年代から6つの音源をセレクト。
